At Trench Jiu-Jitsu, we strive everyday to improve our students lives through the practice of jiu-jitsu.
We provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our students to develop, achieve, and succeed in their personal goals.
The reason we chose the name “Trench” is the simple fact that strength, courage, and honor are found within ourselves then in the trenches of life.
Trench believes that anyone can benefit from learning jiu-jitsu regardless of age, gender, or experience level.
“I have been a part of the jiu-jitsu community in Washington since 2008. After being the head instructor at GB Federal Way for many years, I have finally decided to take the leap into owning my own academy to share my knowledge and give back to the community that changed my life. Thank you to all the people who helped make this possible. I hope to serve my community and make you all proud. Excited to welcome you all to The Trench!
